Level I
Reiki, originating from Japan, is a method used for reducing stress, promoting healing, and inducing relaxation by harnessing "life force energy." It focuses on treating the individual as a whole, benefiting the body, emotions, mind, and spirit positively. Reiki is straightforward, safe, and complements other forms of treatment. Taught through attunements by Reiki masters, it is accessible to all individuals. While rooted in spirituality, Reiki is not a listed with any specific religion and encourages ethical values for balance. The Reiki Ideals are designed to enrich the healing process by fostering self-improvement and personal accountability.Enhances energy levels, identifies blockages, and purifies the mind, body, and spirit. Level II
Reiki Level 2 (Okuden) enables practicing on others, receiving symbols for power and healing, and using symbols for distance healing. Level 2 attunement focuses on the heart chakra and is suggested to be followed by level 3 which after some time you can advanced training into master and teacher. Hidden inner teachings
